Personally I think that “could soon” has a lot to do with the new ability to put Windows on them. OS X remains a secure operating system. Windows on the other hand is a security nightmare. The only way you’re going to have security problems on your Mac is if you feel like you have to put a crappy OS (Windows) on it.
